Today is a happy day!

I know the purpose of my quest is to have free coffee from dividends but I guess when special opportunities come along, it is prudent to capitalize on it.

Bought on Monday and sold on Tuesday. Gain is $500 +.

As for the stock itself, I will probably look out for a good price to enter again. After all, as mentioned, prices do not move in a straight line.

Maybe the recent REITs rally is a little stretched? I am not sure but it is just a feeling I have.
